One of the best metaphor for a Life Coach is a Sports Coach.
A sport coach brings the best in you whether you are playing Tennis, cricket or Soccer. He will guide you; mentor you; teach you techniques that will save you weeks or even years where you will try to learn on your own and in moments of distress just hold your hands and console you and motivate you to carry on!
It is Mostar’s policy that male coaches will only coach males and vice versa. Only in the event of necessity, males will coach females if either a male relative of the female is present or a female relative of the male is present.
Generally we will give an hour a week and there will be some homework assigned which the client will do before the next session. Our coach will become your accountability partner.

If you want to schedule an introductory session (upto 1.5 hours) please:
- Go to our contact us page and make a payment. WhatsApp the payment receipt to Mr. Umair Malik. The fee for the introductory session is Rs. 21,500.
- Indicate if you want onsite session or a Zoom Session. The first session will be conducted by either Mr. Suleman Ahmer or Mrs. Madeha Masood (for ladies).
- Go to schedule an appointment and choose an available slot.
- Please complete a pre-session questionnaire send it to Mr. Umair Malik.
- We shall send you a Zoom link
