Suleman Ahmer founded Timelenders and the Mostar Institute: the former provides management training and consultancy, and the latter provides life and business coaching.
His passion for helping individuals, companies, and institutions to develop powerful and worthy purposes and visions, has led to training and consulting with companies around the globe. His clients include Forbes 2000 and Fortune 500 companies.

He has taught at the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) and the Karachi School of Business and Leadership (KSBL).
For ten years, Suleman Ahmer worked for a couple of Chicago-based NGOs and has done war relief in Azerbaijan, Afghanistan, Bosnia, Chechnya, Croatia, and Tajikistan while capturing his experiences in his book, ‘The Embattled Innocence’. He also authored ‘Inversions’, a book on his life lessons. Both are available from Amazon.com and Gufhtugu.com.
He has written on geopolitics for prestigious US magazines and has spoken at over 40 US Universities, including Harvard, MIT, Emory, Rutgers, Georgetown, University of Chicago, and Northwestern.
As a materials scientist, his semiconductor research with the US Air Force and Navy led to published work.
He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with a non-technical concentration in Psychology from the University of Nebraska, US.
