So here we go.
Here are 5 simple steps that will give you phenomenal results in your fight against obesity:

- Stop all processed sugar. If you need a sweetener, use honey (in moderation please). One of my homes is completely sugar free. We don‘t buy white sugar at all.
- Fast twice a week, preferably on Monday and Thursday. This is Sunnah. You will get rewards also. If you have any health issue that inhibits fasting, check with your physician. Please let me know and I will give you an alternative to this point.
- No dinner after 7:00 pm.
- 45 minutes of brisk walk, 5 times a week. By brisk walk we mean 120 steps per minute. Now if you are 15 kg overweight and are over 40 years of age, walking may damage your knee joints and spine as this may cause damaging jerks. You have two options: swimming or using the elliptical machine. If you do swimming, then you will have to increase the time to one hour.
- One meal a day would be an uncooked meal. You can have salads, juices or fruits
