I increased the salary of three of my drivers from Rs. 40,000/month to Rs. 45,000/month today. This section of our society is the most affected by the recent surge in inflation.
If possible, please do raise the salary of your drivers and domestic workers. Based on the promises of Allah (SWT) and Rasulullah ﷺ, I guarantee you tremendous rewards for this act of kindness, and also, rest assured, Allah (SWT) will increase your rizq (sustenance).
Remember that the money spent is insignificant compared to the prayers you will receive from these people. Please inspire me by letting me know of your decision.
