Want to work on something that needs brainpower?
Take an afternoon nap (around 45 min). Have a 45 min cardiovascular workout (walk/jog/swim).
Take a hot shower & a meal at 7:00 pm (avoid spices, sugars & caffeine).
Hit the bed at 10:00 pm.
Get up at 4:00 am & experience the magic!
