Abdullah ibn Amr reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace, and blessings be upon him, said:
عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: يُغْفَرُ لِلشَّهِيدِ كُلُّ ذَنْبٍ إِلَّا الدَّيْنَ
The martyr is forgiven for every sin except debt.
(Sahih Muslim 1886)
I recommend we document our loans and make arrangements to have family or friends pay them in case of our deaths.
If this is not possible, Takaful–an Islamic alternative to traditional insurance–is a good alternative. Several companies in Pakistan and abroad will insure you and pay your creditors in case of your death.
